Black Girls Fly, Inc. is committed to providing modern flight training to individuals who have been historically underrepresented and underserved in the aviation industry. Our mission is to break down barriers and create pathways for aspiring pilots to achieve their dreams.
We offer a range of programs that include ground school training, flight simulator sessions, and hands-on flight experience. By partnering with certified flight instructors and aviation professionals, we ensure our students receive the highest quality education and support.
Future Goals
Looking ahead, Black Girls Fly, Inc. aims to expand our services and facilities to better serve our community. Our expansion plan is divided into three phases:
Phase 1: Establish a modern flight training facility with ground school training, flight simulators, and certified flight instructors. Develop key partnerships within the community.
Phase 2: Launch our comprehensive flight training program, including discovery flights, flight school training, and a fleet of technically advanced aircraft. Onboard FAA-certified mechanics and avionics technicians.
Phase 3: Achieve Part 141 certification, expand our ratings and certificates offered, and build a physical flight facility hangar with a dedicated ground crew.
