Black Girls Fly, Inc. (BGF) is a pioneering 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to increasing diverse representation in aviation. Founded with the mission to make flight training accessible, attainable, and achievable for individuals from all backgrounds, BGF is committed to breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for aspiring aviators, particularly those who have been historically underrepresented in the field.

Our history is rooted in a passion for aviation and a desire to foster inclusivity within the industry. We offer modern flight training programs designed to equip the next generation of pilots with the skills and certifications needed to operate technically advanced aircraft (TAA) safely and proficiently.

BGF’s vision encompasses a multi-phase expansion plan, starting with the establishment of a state-of-the-art flight training facility. This includes ground school training, flight simulator ownership, and the onboarding of certified flight instructors (CFIs). As we grow, we aim to offer comprehensive flight school training, discovery flights, and a fleet of TAAs, supported by FAA-certified mechanics and avionics technicians.
